Kent Urdahl - President and CEO

John R. Oren

Mr. Oren currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Advance Online Solutions. He has served in these positions since 2007. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Oren & McCormick Ventures, Inc. ("OMV") a company he founded in 1979. OMV invests in and operates logistics-oriented businesses. Mr. Oren founded SandBox Logistics in 2012 based upon his many patents focused on the frac sand logistics chain. SandBox was acquired by US Sillica in 2017. Mr. Oren Serves as Co-Chairman of Wild Wing Capital LLC, a business that invests in and operates logistics focused technology businesses including TUYA Technologies LLC, where he also serves and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Oren has founded a number of other public and private enterprises focused on same-day, express delivery and distribution of industrial products.

Mr. Oren graduated from the University of Houston in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Industrial Technology.
