.NET Developer

AdvanceOnline Solutions, Inc., a preeminent eLearning company located in Houston, Texas, is seeking a .NET Programmer to join our Technology Team. An ideal candidate is able to identify and solve problems, communicate effectively, and work individually and in a team. A working knowledge of online training and an awareness of industry safety and compliance practices is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work directly with clients performing AICC and SCORM integrations.
Work with Director of Technology and team of .NET programmers for new courseware/LMS development and problem determination/resolution.
Provide troubleshooting/technical support for production team.
Write and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Background working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge of AICC and SCORM.
A thorough understanding of N-Tier Enterprise Applications.
A minimum of 4 years of Enterprise Application Development utilizing C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is required.
Experience interfacing with customers/end-users.
Ability to work under a tight production schedule, to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control of work.
Self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, and exhibits excellent initiative, intensity, and motivation.
